1. Who is Creechurch International Underwriters Ltd.?

Creechurch is a Managing General Agent (MGA) with full underwriting authority. Creechurch distributes its insurance products exclusively through licensed Canadian insurance brokers. 2. How do I send in a submission?

Creechurch offers specialty liability insurance in Canada exclusively through licensed insurance brokers. If you do not have an appointed broker, please click here to Find a Broker in your area.

If you are an insurance broker, please fax, mail or email a completed application for the required coverage. Please include all supporting underwriting information as listed on the application. For your convenience, all of our applications can be completed online or downloaded from our website.

3. What commission do you pay?

This depends on the type of risk. Our commissions are competitive.

4. How are claims handled?

5. Are my clients secure with Creechurch?

Creechurch underwrites on behalf of some of the leading insurers in the world. All are Canadian licensed and are either "A" rated or owned by a company that is "A" rated. Creechurch's programs are backed by some of the leading reinsurers in the world. All our policies clearly show the insurer(s) taking the risk. We carry $5 million of Errors and Omissions insurance and are licensed in Canada wherever required, including RIBO in our home province.
